How To Increase Your Efficiency In Whatever You Do? Here are 14 Tips

How to Increase Efficiency, Kim San?

Now before we are surrounded by devices continue to interrupt our flow. We are connected in so many places and people continue to plague our attention to the latest update. In addition, the online entrepreneurs have different functions and direct accounts showing sales of new data, new commissions, new customers, new followers, new visitors, etc. I remember my mum asked me: Kim San, when are you going to focus on one thing long enough to succeed? This is a letter I wrote to myself.

So, the obvious question to ask is: How and when do we work? What does it mean to be fully focused? The focus is very important but "HOW" can we achieve it, Kim San Kuan?

As traders we are paid for per the results are not for time. It is essential to use time in a very productive and highly leveraged.

The ability to have a single concentration and stay the course until the job is complete is a very rare skill and becomes more difficult in practice for the above factors.

Yes it is true, social media and other tools allow us to take advantage but there is a thin line where it can quickly become a very convenient way to self-destruct and escape from the real work, important things. I know Kim San faced this problem for a long while.

Some people confuse motion with the ability to create a clear result. Sometimes 30 minutes of work staying focused on the obvious result is more productive than "work" for 10 hours  in the office.

Increase your flow to increase your cash flow, Kim San.

Here are 14 simple ways to live in your flow and get things done:

1. Start planning now. It is obvious, but very rarely practiced. Remember 5P (Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance), 15 minutes of planning saves 3h implementation and failure to plan is planning to fail. It sounds like such an old cliche but very true. So remember to set your productivity cavels for days, weeks and months. Also a great new habit that I cultivated is now done in the evening the task list in the next 4-5 days productivity, only a few of the most maximal activity. Time Yourself

2. Having a clear result does not mean "do" list. There is a big difference between results and activities. Kim San needs to understand this clearly.

3. Ask yourself WHY you want to achieve an outcome. Answering these questions will give you the following:

  • This fact may indicate that you do not need it
  • This will give you a "rocket fuel" to finish it, you create an emotional connection to push to make it happen
  • It may help you to find more effective and alternatives to achieve results

4. Create an effective zone production. Have mental discipline to shut down all unnecessary items that can take you out of the stream of you. Similar: starting all reminders (voice, pop up, etc.). Close all of Facebook's, twitters, email, other accounts, etc. Can you do that, Kim San?

5. Gone are the days to ask this important question: What have I achieved today? And to be honest with yourself.

6. Use a stop watch to create a full time focus. It's amazing what you can do if you set goals and go after it 100%. Give yourself a deadline for example 1h, or 45 minutes to complete the task.

7. 90% of the time you should spend time in MMA (Money Making Activities). In a home business run by money only makes the activity are: direct traffic and connect with prospects. So, Kim San, are you doing the right things?

8. Multitasking is inefficient and reduces IQ.

9. Not mastered time management, self-control. Discipline yourself. You always have a choice, but the question is if you have discipline and practices that support. You need Discipline, Kim San!

10. Create a task for all - so you can either dive into it without wasting time to learn and helpful. Effective productivity

11. Email NMMA - Money Does Not Create Activity. Set a schedule for review email twice a day, no more than 30 minutes a day!

12. Exercise is essential. If you do not do it, you'll have energy. Period.

13. Select 1-2 approach and their own before moving on. Do not make the mistake that many new online entrepreneurs are doing. Search strategies and move to the next interesting one and so on, without spending time to really master it.

14. Create a schedule and stick to it. Blocks of time for certain tasks. Create a regular so you just flow into it.
